Again Microgaming Comments on Termination of Tusk License
Tusk Investment Corporation Limited, a very firm company in the gambling industry via affiliates and sites, got its eCOGRA ‘Fair and Safe’ seal recently retracted, because a routine check discovered irregularities. Tusk was enforced to seek liquidation and it notified Microgaming Poker Network of the process that leads to the software license agreement termination.
Now Microgaming has followed up on an earlier announcement concerning the issue that follows the call for help by many customers who have accounts on Tusk sites. At the weekend a statement was read, it said: «Unfortunately Microgaming hasn’t heard anything farther from Tusk itself, and it has to be informed yet about the details of a liquidator’s appointment for Tusk. Till a liquidator advises about ability and financial position of Tusk to pay customers and to pay Tusk’s affiliates and white labels, Microgaming isn’t able to evaluate the situation. The following position is rather separate from just the Microgaming Poker Network on the whole, which keeps operating as before. Of course Microgaming will go on keeping customers informed about the situation.”
