NVCI is the official charity for the WSOP
Brick and mortar and online casino players who are going to attend this year’s WSOP in Las Vegas will be able to make some small adjustments to their own plans and thus help the Nevada Cancer Institute (NVCI). The NVCI is the official charity for the WSOP event that means that the NVCI has a lounge set up close to the poker events. Gamblers at the Brick and mortar and online casinos will be able to visit the lounge and all profits will go to the NVCI.
The lounge that is called the “Ace’s Club” will work all the way through the WSOP and offer gamblers a lot of choices: drinks, food, massages, and a game room where gamblers can rest from the tournaments, or prepare for the next tourney. It is the third consecutive year that the World Series of Poker named the NVCI as the official charity for the event. In general offers in the lounge produce some considerable proceeds for the NVCI; online and brick and mortar casino gamblers want to pay a little more when they are sure that it’s going for charity.
Sandra Murdock, the CEO of the NVCI, gave her comments about their continuous partnership with the WSOP. She noted that they were excited to be a partner with the Harrah’s organization, and were thankful for their devotion to the future of the community. The NVCI uses all the donations towards education, research, and patient treatment. Moreover they employ some top names in the cancer research to work towards a solution to the raise in cancer in the past years.
