CryptoLogic, the leading online gambling developer has recently announced that it has signed an agreement with Betjack, an Ireland-based new online gaming site, according to which CryptoLogic acquires the exclusive rights to be the sole provider of online casino and poker software to Betjacks. The agreement, signed by WagerLogic Ltd. of CryptoLogic subsidiary, will see the new brand that is planned to be launched this autumn. The new brand will target the UK, Irish, Canadian and South African markets.

Conceived in 2006 by Brian Nesbit and Eamon Garland, Betjacks.com has made gigantic strides forming partnerships with blue-chip online gaming and service developers like CryptoLogic. BetJacks is said to have developed the first online gaming and betting platform dedicated to Ireland, that will feature rich media and peer-to-peer gaming applications that will be all completely integrated with key networking features of next generation.

According to Brian Hadfield, President and Chief Executive Officer for CryptoLogic, this announcement expresses CryptoLogic’s strategy to bring their online casino and poker products to new places and new people. He said, “CryptoLogic and Betjacks will work together in order to develop a thrilling new site which provides a greater entertainment experience for players all over the world.”

Betjacks will feature non-downloadable and downloadable online casino and poker software of CryptoLogic which won a lot of awards. In 2009 the online gaming site will also integrate white label brands into online casino, poker and proprietary eCash of the company.
