Governor of Kentucky, Beshear has caught all the world’s headlines while making his plans to ban online casinos and poker rooms at his state. Kentucky’s Governor has been trying to seize 141 gambling domain names in his state. The state itself supports gambling, it is known as one of the biggest horse race betting states in the US and the state tries also to get land casinos there, but the Governor is absolutely against online gambling, Beshear thinks that online casinos do not pay tax revenues, do not provide jobs for the state. At the point, Kentucky has temporary seized those 141 names.

Reacting to this, Golden Casino, one of the popular online casinos, has moved to a new domain name that is NewGoldenCasino.com now, the site has transferred their software and has fixed their links to the new domain. The event has made the online casino members question what is going on. Some of the members are from Kentucky and the site, like others, has not accepted the state’s players due to the Governor’s actions.

There are a great number of e-mails from players to online gambling information sites. The decision of Golden Casino to move was abruptly, but it is quite understandable. While the result of Kentucky’s request is still pendent, the management decided not to run any risk.
