Last week Casinomeister.com, the online gambling information site? issued the warning against an online casino operator. It was a warning for online gamblers about broken promises and ignored communications from the side of some gambling sites.

The most serious complaint was from a gambler who won $33,500 but couldn’t get the winning from BeTheDealer for several months. The casino had promised to pay out the player the winnings via installments but had not followed up with that after having made the first payout. Then the casino had decided to skip another 2 payouts. At the moment the player made a decision to ask for advice and help from the players’ advocate.

First BeTheDealer had not had any wish to discuss the case but then they assured Casinomeister that this player was given “a solution”. They asserted that the mentioned player had accepted this “solution”, and the casino promised to pay out all the rest money within some days.

But they didn’t do this. Once again Casinomeister called BeTheDealer to account and they knew that they had changed a date for the payouts to be made. At the point it seems that they can’t be conclusion to this problem. All the e-mails from Casionmeister.com and the player to the online casino BeTheDealer and to the manager have not received any replies.

So, Casinomester has issued a caution to warn all the players that BeTheDealer does not pay their players after they have accepted the terms of the payout. The casino management has more than once been making and breaking their commitments and the result is that players have not received their payments.
